KANSAS CITY, Mo. — As October comes to a close, another month brings another crop of live music to Kansas City. These aren’t all the shows going down in KC during October, but here are some of the more notable acts:
Friday, November 1
Actor/singer Jesse McCartney will play The Midland Theatre to start the month. McCartney starred in the drama series “All My Children” before going on to join the boy band Dream Street and start a solo career.
Monday, November 4
Atlanta pop-punk group Microwave will be at the Granada in Lawrence on the first Monday of the month.
Tuesday, November 5
R&B artist Rod Wave and rapper Moneybagg Yo, who have a couple of songs featuring each other, will be at T-Mobile Center on Tuesday, November 5.
Wednesday, November 6
Post-grunge rock band Creed, who’ve seen a robust reemergence in the last year, will be playing their ‘Are You Ready?’ tour at T-Mobile Center on Nov. 6. They’ll be supported by another post-grunge band, 3 Doors Down and Wolfgang Val Halen’s (the son of the legendary Eddie Van Halen) band Mammoth WVH.

Electronic duo Tender will be playing at recordBar in KCMO, supported by White China on Nov. 7.

Alt-rock group Cold War Kids will take the stage at The Truman on Nov. 12. They’re responsible for the 2007 hit “Hang Me Up To Dry.”
Wednesday, November 13
Jelly Roll’s “Beautifully Broken Tour” will be stopping at KC’s T-Mobile Center with supporting acts ERNEST, Shaboozey and Allie Colleen.
Thursday, November 14
Little Big Town and Sugarland are currently on a joint “Take Me Home Tour.” They’ll be at T-Mobile Center with the Castellows on the 14th.
Friday, November 15
Hip-hop artist BabyTron will be at Granada in Lawrence on Nov. 15. He’ll be supported by BLP Kosher.
Saturday, November 16
Grammy award-winning pop artist BILLIE EILISH is set to perform at T-Mobile on the 16th as part of her “HIT ME HARD AND SOFT: THE TOUR” with Nat & Alex Wolff.
with Nat & Alex Wolff. 90’s and 2000’s country superstar Tracy Lawrence will be in town on the 16th as well. He’ll be at the Ameristar Hotel and Casino.
Sunday, November 17
American rapper Phora will be playing at recordBar on the 17th. The former tattoo artist gained a following in the late 2010s.
Wednesday, November 20
Rock n’ Roll legends ZZ Top will be at the Midland Theatre on November 20. The Texas rockers are responsible for hits like 1973’s “La Grange.”
Thursday, November 21
Canadian rock group Theory of a Deadman is set to perform at Uptown Theater on the 21st. They’ll be supported by Saint Asonia and Cory Marks.
