It has been just two weeks since the year’s grandest boxing event captivated millions worldwide. At Cowboys Stadium, in front of a global audience and approximately 70,000 spectators, Jake Paul went head-to-head with the once ‘Baddest Man on the Planet’. The eight-round bout concluded with a unanimous decision in Paul’s favor. However, what truly caught everyone’s attention was Mike Tyson’s intriguing response to questions about his future in the ring. When asked about the possibility of another fight, Tyson left it to fate. Yet, when pressed on a potential opponent, the former heavyweight champion pointed at Logan Paul!
This suggestion has since sparked widespread discussion. Now rumors have emerged that WWE may be interested in bringing this idea to life—a potential matchup between Logan Paul and Mike Tyson at ‘WrestleMania 41‘. The prospect might have excited a few. But many will be concerned. Whether a 58-year-old Tyson could endure the physical demands of professional wrestling. Martial artist and actor Michael Jai White, however, believes Tyson would have no trouble adapting.

Michael Jai White, who portrayed Mike Tyson in a 1995 HBO movie, shared his thoughts during a recent interview with DJ Vlad. The host brought up the rumored ‘WrestleMania’ matchup, noting, “WWE allegedly is planning Logan Paul versus Mike Tyson for WrestleMania 41. Tyson’s done WrestleMania before, but not at this age, right? WrestleMania can really mess you up.”

White disagreed with this notion. To strengthen his argument, DJ Vlad cited UFC legend Ken Shamrock, who transitioned to professional wrestling and later remarked that pro wrestling was even more physically draining than fighting in a cage.
Acknowledging the risks, the Hollywood star offered a different perspective. “Do you think they’re going to like wing it?” he asked rhetorically. He clarified that injuries are common in wrestling, especially for seasoned professionals. However, a choreographed match involving Tyson and Logan Paul would likely be far more rehearsed and controlled.
The Art of Rehearsal in Wrestling
White emphasized that wrestling, though scripted, still carries inherent risks. He compared it to choreographed fight scenes in movies, where actors also face potential injuries despite planning every move. According to White, Tyson and Logan Paul’s potential match would focus heavily on rehearsed sequences, reducing the likelihood of serious harm. “They’re going to be more rehearsed, so that’s why it’s not going to be very dangerous, and basically, you know, the land is almost like a trampoline,” he explained.

While DJ Vlad remained skeptical, White insisted that this event would prioritize entertainment over physical intensity.
For some fans, the idea of seeing “Iron” Mike Tyson in a wrestling ring may raise concerns about his health and safety. On the other hand, Logan Paul has made significant strides in his wrestling career. After a less successful boxing stint compared to his younger brother, he became a major wrestling star, even earning the United States Championship last year.
