THE LEGEND OF OCHI A shy girl (Helena Zengel) in a remote island village is raised to fear an elusive animal species known as the ochi. But when she finds an injured and abandoned baby ochi, she sets out on a quest to take it home. Also starring Willem Dafoe, Emily Watson and Finn Wolfhard. SECRET MALL APARTMENT This documentary tells the story of eight people who created a secret apartment inside a busy Rhode Island shopping mall and lived there for four years, filming their lives along the way. Not rated. 91 mins.
THE SHROUDS After losing his spouse, an entrepreneur (Vincent Cassel) builds a machine to communicate with the dead in this sci-fi horror thriller from writer-director David Cronenberg. UNTIL DAWN A group of friends gets trapped in a time loop where they’re repeatedly chased and killed by mysterious enemies. They soon realize they have only a limited number of deaths left and must find a way to survive until dawn. Starring Ella Rubin, Odessa A’zion and Michael Cimino.
