FLINT, MI – The Dort Financial Center will come alive Saturday, Dec. 6, when the Flint Motorcycle Club hosts the 65th Annual Indoor Motorcycle Ice Races.
The longtime Flint tradition blends high-speed entertainment with community impact, raising money for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Flint and Genesee County.
Organizers expect more than 2,000 spectators as amateur and professional riders compete for prize money in multiple divisions. The lineup includes adult racers and a youth division with riders as young as four.
Festivities kicked off Thursday, Dec. 4, with a launch event at Scooters Bar & Grill featuring an auction and pre-race celebration.
“We are honored to celebrate 65 years of partnership with the Flint Motorcycle Club. Their longstanding support has helped generations of young people access the power of one-to-one mentoring. This event is more than a race. It’s a testament to the club’s unwavering commitment to youth and to our community,” said Lisa Humphrey in a statement, president and CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Flint and Genesee County.
Doors open at 6 p.m. and the races begin at 7 p.m.
Tickets are $25 for adults and $10 for youth 12 and under.
