CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — A reality television star was arrested on an active warrant charge Sunday night.
Grace Lilly, 27, is charged with second-degree harassment, according to the incident report.
Officers initiated a traffic stop at a Circle K in Mount Pleasant at 11:20 p.m. for an illegal lane change and a possible wanted party. Traffic cameras flagged a vehicle near the Ravenel Bridge and officers pulled her over on the warrant.
They discovered a container with the words “Happy Pills” written on top, which contained 12 white pills with a “P” imprint on one side and half of an oblong blue pill with no identifiable imprints.
When asked about it, the ‘Southern Hospitality’ star said the blue pills were Xanax, which were prescribed to her and the white pills were birth control. However, she did not have any proof of the information. She also did not know what brand the alleged birth control pills were, as officers did not locate the original packaging.
Lily was booked into the Charleston County Jail, where she was released on a personal recognizance bond.
