EXCLUSIVE: In a highly competitive signing, Jordan Scowen has signed with Inspire Entertainment for management representation. Scowen is currently on Broadway in Oedipus opposite Mark Strong and Lesley Manville along with fellow Inspire Entertainment client Olivia Reis. The show is directed by Robert Icke. Following its Olivier Award sell out run in London, Scowen made the choice to turn down some opportunities to transfer to Broadway continuing his run as Eteocles.
On screen, he plays series regular Robert Tipton in MGM / Carnivals drama Belgravia: The Next Chapter.
He first broke out in the BBC Films comedy Horrible Histories: The Movie – Rotten Romans directed by Dominic Brigstocke; starring opposite Sebastian Croft, Nick Frost, Ncuti Gatwa and Jamie Demetriou. He followed this job with Sky’s hit comedy Urban Myths as Ringo Starr and the BBC comedy Home.
He joined Apple’s epic WWII drama Masters of the Air as Sgt John Shaffer.
On stage Jordan played the role of Dakin in the Jack Ryder directed History Boys. He is repped in the UK by Conway, Van Gelder, Grant and now managed by Inspire Entertainment
