One of the best events in Rochester is happening this weekend and is full of adventures you don’t want to miss. Earlier today on Y-105FM, I shared the news that I’d be hanging out with the Midwest Access crew on KTTC. Not only did I have a blast going live with them, but I also let them beat me at curling. 😉 Ok…they beat me fair and square. I had no idea someone was taking photos while that was happening but you can see a few snapshots of that fun experience on the KTTC Facebook page. (I’m the one without the matching Olympics hat)
Note to anyone wanting to try curling: have fun! I honestly thought that this would be pretty easy but learned really fast that I am not a pro. I don’t see an Olympic gold in my future anytime soon but I can officially say that I have tried curling. If this is on your bucket list, go try it out at Social-ICE this weekend.

Quite a few local restaurants and bars have stepped into the cold to make sure that you have a fun time at Social-ICE this weekend while enjoying the live music. Walk around, check out the booths and enjoy a mocktail, a hot drink, or one of the specialty drinks that have been created for this weekend.
