Valencia Town Center has announced that Round1 Bowling & Arcade will be joining the center as an entertainment anchor, marking a significant milestone in the first phase of the property’s multi-phase redevelopment and reimagining, according to a news release from the mall.
“The addition of Round1 represents an exciting first step in the transformation of Valencia Town Center,” Michael de Leon, general manager of the center, said in the release. “We’re focused on creating a very modern and desirable mixed-use destination that blends the best of retail, dining and entertainment, and Round1 is a natural fit for that vision. This addition enhances the long-term value of the property while reinforcing Valencia Town Center’s role as a vibrant community hub for Santa Clarita.”
The new Round1 Bowling & Arcade will occupy approximately 125,000 square feet at the southeast end of the shopping center and is anticipated to open in early 2027.
Round1 offers a mix of entertainment experiences, including bowling, arcade games – featuring exclusive Japan-import titles – more than 250 crane machines, professional-grade billiards, karaoke and more. The venue also features a variety of food and beverage offerings, from pizza and wings to a menu of Japanese food, along with a bar serving beer and other selections.
This location will also introduce Spo-cha, short for “Sports Challenge,” Round1’s all-you-can-play sports and amusement area featuring various activities such as batting cages, trampolines, roller skating and more, the release said.
In addition to Spo-cha, the venue will include YUU Japanese Food Hall, offering a curated mix of 14 award-winning Japanese restaurants where guests will find authentic Japanese cuisine from traditional dishes to street food favorites.
