A northeast Phoenix neighborhood draws crowds each December with a dazzling display of lights set to Yuletide music, as four blocks come alive in a twinkling, synchronized spectacle.
Steve Hoffman’s home, on Voltaire Avenue in between State Route 51 and Scottsdale Road, sparked the sight and sound show in 2010 that has since spread to three other streets — Sharon Drive, Tatum Boulevard and 46th Street.
