The divorce attorney to the stars (think Angelina Jolie, Johnny Depp and Ariana Grande, to name just a few) is stepping into a new role as the face of L.A.-based, sustainable fashion brand Reformation’s latest campaign: The Divorce Collection With Laura Wasser. Available to shop online beginning Feb. 17, the clothing and accessories drop features a lineup of empowering wardrobe essentials, including the star of the show: Laura Wasser for Ref’s limited-edition Dump Him Sweatshirt.
“100% of the net proceeds of the sweatshirt will go to the Harriett Buhai Center for Family Law, to support their work in helping people dump him safely, responsibly, and at no cost,” writes Reformation on the product page. “Dump him” is printed in black font on Reformation’s best-selling Emma Classic Crewneck Sweatshirt in heather gray. It features a relaxed fit and crew neckline, and retails for $128.
The Divorce Collection — with slogan “We called our lawyer. And she doesn’t want you to settle” — also includes an assortment of dresses, trenches, silk tops, jewelry and bags, modeled by the collection’s muse, Laura Wasser. The curation is comprised of staple separates, effortless eventwear and accessories to elevate each look.
“Because she’s really good at helping women feel sexy and empowered. And, coincidentally, so are we,” writes the brand when describing the inspiration behind its fresh and unexpected collaboration. “In our new campaign with the acclaimed divorce lawyer, we’re doing that together. With a collection made for women who don’t settle, in court or when it comes to clothes. Featuring sexy, empowering things, and a limited-edition Dump Him Sweatshirt, in case your friends keep asking you for relationship advice.”
