The Dewings Center in LeRoy will host musical artists The Digger and Straight Forward Bluegrass Band at 7 p.m., Oct. 14 at 202 S. Albert St., LeRoy. The Digger will perform originals, along with covers of Neil Young, Waylon Jennings and Willie Nelson. Straight Forward Bluegrass will perform original and traditional bluegrass, gospel and country. Cost of admission is a donation at the door.
The Evart Farmers Market will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturdays through Oct. 14 at the Depot, 200 S. Main St., Evart. For more information visit evartmainstreet.com/farmers-market.
St. Paul Fall Festival: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 13 and Oct. 14 at 22275 Four Mile Road, Reed City. Features crafts, books, bake sale, lunch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday and a drawing at 1 p.m. Saturday.
Amazing Grace Acres Church will host a Fall Festival from 5 to 7 p.m., Oct. 14 at 762 W. Woodland Park Dr., Bitely. Everyone is welcome to participate in games, prizes, a candy walk, hotdog lunch and crafts.
Sears Food Pantry will host the Feeding America Mobile Food Pantry at 3 p.m., Oct. 16, at the Osceola County Fairgrounds, 101 Recreation Ave., Evart. No early pick-up, no holds and no second trips through before all in line have received their initial donation. Limit 4 household pickups per vehicle. Requests should be made in writing and accompanied by a picture ID.
The Reed City Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Candy Drive to collect treats for the upcoming Halloween in the Park from 12 to 4 p.m., Oct. 17 at Westerberg Park in Reed City. Drop off your donations of individually wrapped bags of candy at the chamber office, 200 N. Chestnut St., Reed City and be entered for a chance to win $10 in Reed City Cash.
Toys for Tots is collecting donations of new, unwrapped toys now through Dec. 1. Donation boxes are located at Leutz Pro Fix; Dollar General; Pompeii’s Pizza; Family Dollar; B.C. Pizza; Sixth & Main; Barnette’s Auto; Get Crafty; Sour Apple; AJ Event Center; Evart Moose Lodge; June Berry Cottage; Lamplighter Café; KC Liquor; Rusty Gold Antiques; Paris Plus; M&J Furniture; Ventra; and Evart Pharmacy.
The Reed City High School marching band is hosting its annual Glow Show Invitational, a showcase of marching bands with a unique twist at 7:30 p.m., Oct. 21 at the Reed City High School football field. Tickets are $10 and are available from participating school bands or online at reedcitybands.org/shop.
Trinity Lutheran Church and School will host its annual Harvestfest Dinner from 4 to 6:30 p.m., Oct. 21 at 19778 US-10, Reed City. Dinner will include pork roast, potatoes and gravy, sauerkraut and sausage, meatballs, squash, spaetzle, apple crisp and pies. Cost is $9 for ages 11 and up; $6 for ages 5 to 10; $3 for ages 3 to 4; and free for under age 2. Dine in or carry out. Proceeds support school activities.
The Crossroads Recreation Connection of Reed City along with Folkal Point Trails will host a Youth Off-Road Bike Race starting at 9 a.m., Oct. 28 at the CRC Bike Park at Westerberg Park on Elm Street in Reed City. The Evart UAW Local 2270 will host a Haunted Park from 7 to 9 p.m., Oct. 27 and 28 at Riverside East Park, 6 Mile Road, Evart. Enjoy a walk around the park as you encounter frightening things you’ve only seen in your nightmares. Concessions, donuts and cider will be available. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by and adult. Entry fee is $$5. Proceeds will support Breakfast with Santa. Angels of Action is sponsoring a “Light up the Night Raffle” to support ongoing programs. Tickets are $10 and are available now at Century 21 White House Realty, Verified Title Agency in Canadian Lakes, Sweeny Holbeck Edison Insurance Agency, Royal View Assisted Living and at Angels of Action in Big Rapids. Drawing will be Nov. 3. No need to be present to win.

Catholic Charities of West Michigan will host the St. Gianna Baby and Toddler Pantry from 3 to 5 p.m., at Evart United Methodist Church, 619 N. Cherry St., Evart on the following dates: Nov. 2 and Dec. 7. They will be distributing cases of diapers, wipes and creams for low-income families with children 0-36 months of age.

The Free Methodist Church in Evart will host “Osceola Higher Ground,” a fun, free activity for the entire family, at 5:30 p.m., Thursdays, at 6151 95th Ave., Evart. Spring classes may include, but are not limited to, healthy lifestyles, crafts, family literacy, drug awareness, parenting and finance. Classes are offered for adults and student each week. The Crossroads Quilt Guild meets at 6:30 p.m., at the Church of the Nazarene, 5300 220th Ave., Reed City, on the fourth Tuesday of each month. Those interested are welcome to attend without being a member. Any level of quilter is encouraged to attend.
The Reed City Food Pantry will be open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesdays, at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, 831 S. Chestnut St., Reed City.
The Reed City Senior Center at 219 E. Todd Ave., hosts the following events weekly: Wednesdays at noon — Fun Bingo; Thursdays at noon- Euchre; Friday — doors open at 10:30 a.m., Early Bird at 11:30 a.m. and Regular Bingo at noon.
