Danny Martin, lead singer and guitar player of 2 Slices, has been a key figure in the Carolina underground music scene for many years, starting out in the Myrtle Beach psych-rock band Octopus Jones circa 2012.
2 Slices was born in 2017 with the release of the smoky strobe-filled “Slow Poison” music video filmed at The Commodore. The project has been a wild ride filled with many Royal American dance parties and great times along the way. Along with Martin, 2 Slices also features Brandon Fudge (a.k.a. DJ Lazer Cat), Brett Nash, Justice Jones and a handful of other collaborators providing the beats.
