Amazon Prime video raises price for popular service: Here’s what it will cost you

Amazon Prime Video is increasing the price of ad-free streaming as part of a new subscription option, the company announced.
Amazon’s ad-free streaming service will increase in price from $2.99 a month to $4.99 a month.
The service will be called Prime Video Ultra.
Subscribers will be able to stream simultaneously on five devices, up from three previously, and have access to up to 100 downloads, up from 25.
4K, ultra-high definition (UHD) streaming will be available only on the new Prime Video Ultra subscription.
4K/UHD streaming has been available to all Prime Video subscribers, USA Today reported.
Prime Video Ultra will launch on April 10.
There is no change in cost to the Amazon Prime membership.
