Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani sure look like they have the sweet escape from Hollywood!
Shelton revealed that he and wife Gwen are putting their all into redoing their farm in Oklahoma.
In an Instagram video shared by Blake on March 4, he says, “This year, we decided we’re gonna do some actual, real professional gardening-farming-type stuff out here, me and my wife, her name’s Gwen.”
The “Ol’ Red” singer captioned his post with, “We’re doing it.. we’re really doing it this year… @gwenstefani and I are stepping it up!!!!”
He also had some fun by showing an old photo of Gwen with orange hair and braces before she showed off the patch of land they have worked on together.
“We were out here putting this plastic out yesterday, just she and I, nobody else,” he continued. “It sucked. It’s hard work, but we’re going to plant vegetables in here.”
The former “The Voice” coach went on to explain how they are planning to grow sweet corn, tomatoes, peppers and squash along with another vegetable that has a very funny story to go with it
“My stepdad used to always say cucumbers aren’t good for anything but a d–k on the snowman, but we’re going to plant some anyway,” Blake quipped. “I don’t eat any vegetables in the first place, but it’s fun.”
The couple tied the knot back in July 2021. Shelton was previously married to country superstar Miranda Lambert. Gwen was also previously married to Bush rocker Gavin Rossdale, who shares three kids together, Kingston, 19, Zuma, 17 and Apollo, 11.
