Fred Toczek, Eric Suddleson, Marisa Kapust, Ayo Adeyeye Launch New Legal Firm

Preeminent entertainment attorneys Fred Toczek, Eric Suddleson, Marisa Kapust, and Ayo Adeyeye have confirmed their exit from Felker Toczek Suddleon to launch a new firm.
The four were partners at Felker Tozek and longtime colleagues; Toczek and Suddleson have worked together for several decades. As reported by Puck’s Matt Belloni, the move comes as an amicable dissolution of Felker Toczek Suddleson, et al, with attorneys Patti Felker, Dave Ryan, J.R. McGinnis, Jordan Rojas, and Star Tyner going in another direction.
The new, as-yet unnamed firm, featuring Toczek, Suddleson, Kapust and Adeyeye reps a broad range of film and television actors, directors, producers and writers, as well as an array of athletes, social media content creators, authors, musicians and others.
