When Akerman, 47, stopped by PEOPLE and Entertainment Weekly’s Red Carpet Live show with her The Hunting Wives costar Brittany Snow ahead of the Emmy Awards 2025, the actress spoke about the June news that the HBO mockumentary series Akerman costarred in with Lisa Kudrow will return for a third and final season, more than a decade after its second season aired in 2014.
