The 2026 New York (NYSPHSAA) Indoor High School Track & Field State Championships have arrived. The two-day championships start Friday, March 6 at 2 p.m. ET at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex in Staten Island, NY. All of the championship events can be streamed live on the NFHS Network.
The finals taking place on Friday include the boys 3,200 meter, the girls 3,000 meter and the boys and girls 55-meter dash. Here is the full list of events for Friday and Saturday.
The second day of events at the indoor championships starts Saturday, March 7 at 9:45 a.m. ET. Finals include the boys and girls 300-meter dash, the boys 1,600 meter and the girls 1,500 meter.
